🌞 Mark your calendars! The Road to Wellness Summer Training Series is almost here. 🌞

We’re kicking things off Saturday, June 6, at Malcolm X Park in Roxbury, and we’d love for you to train with us this summer! Join us for free weekly workouts designed to help you move more, feel stronger, and build community as we gear up for the Road to Wellness 5K Run/2‑Mile Walk this fall.

What to expect each week:
✅ All fitness levels welcome
✅ Supportive, expert coaches
✅ Warm‑up, walk/run, strength exercises, stretch & cool‑down
✅ FREE water & snacks generously donated by @stopandshop

☔ Rain or shine, we’re showing up! Dress for the weather and come ready to move.

This Women’s History Month, we’re reflecting on the women whose dedication, discipline, and strength continue to shape the world of movement and wellness.

Across generations, women have shown what perseverance looks like—on tracks, in neighborhoods, through personal milestones, and across finish lines. Their stories remind us that progress is built mile by mile, hand in hand with community.

We see that legacy carried forward today by remarkable athletes like world champion sprinter Sha’Carri Richardson, Olympic medalist Gabby Thomas, and Louise Stokes, a pioneering Massachusetts track star, women whose speed, spirit, and determination continue to open doors and inspire runners everywhere.

At The Road to Wellness, we’re grateful for the women who lead by example, uplift others, and make space for the next generation to step forward with confidence.

The @teambaa is hosting a Youth Track Meet on Sunday, December 7th at the Reggie Lewis Center—and all kids ages 4–14 are invited! Open to all abilities and no experience is necessary, just bring your energy! 🎽💪

Today, we celebrate White Cane Day—a time to recognize the white cane as more than a tool for mobility. It’s a symbol of health, independence, and empowerment for people who are blind or have low vision.

At the Road to Wellness, we honor the incredible blind and visually impaired runners and walkers who embody strength, balance, and resilience with every step. Whether walking with a cane, running with a guide, or navigating by sound and feel, these athletes remind us that wellness is for everyone—and that movement connects us all.
