Getting to Training
Our Summer Training Series consists of three phases, each lasting one calendar month, and each one meeting in a new location.
Phase One: June
Weeks 1 – 4: June 4, 11, 18 & 25

This was my very first 5K race. I’m happy to say I ran the whole race, something I never thought was possible. I’m so glad I took the leap and trained all summer with R2W. The support and encouragement of all the coaches and participants was what kept me going when I thought I couldn’t. This was truly lifechanging for me.
