“Ask the Coach” Virtual Q&A Sessions on Zoom:
Biweekly on Wednesdays from 6-7 p.m.: LAST SESSION on August 19th for WOMEN ONLY.
Our coaches will be leading discussions about various health and fitness topics, and Radiant Yoga will finish things off with a 5-minute mindfulness meditation. Please RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you the Zoom link for the session.
Radiant Yoga Stretch & Breathe:
Biweekly on Saturdays from 10-10:30 a.m. following training sessions: LAST SESSION on August 22nd.
Join Ayla and Radiant Yoga to close out Saturday morning trainings! From 10-10:30 a.m., Ayla will guide you through the perfect combination of Yoga, stretching, and meditation. 30 minutes of slow, stretchy yoga poses and guided breathing exercises to chill you out and keep you focused on the Road to Wellness ahead! Mats will not be provided, so we encourage you to bring your own mat or towel.
